Operator console for your next 30 days

Run discipline
like a system, not a mood.

ApexHabitApp is a self-hosted habit tracker that turns a challenge into a dashboard — streak engine, XP levels, weekly velocity, and a heatmap that doesn't let you lie to yourself.

Tap a square — this is the actual mechanic that runs your streak, XP and heatmap.

Module 01 · Dashboard

One screen. Every signal you need.

Streaks, XP, weekly velocity, category mix and a 30-day curve — live, on load, no setup screens to wade through first.

System modules

Built from what actually keeps a streak alive.

Every panel exists because a 30-day challenge fails for a specific, nameable reason. ApexHabit has a module for each one.

Habit engine

Custom habits, categorized

Add unlimited habits under Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset or Productivity, or load a ready-made preset in one click.

🔥
Streak engine

Current & best streak, always visible

A running flame counter and a best-streak trophy sit next to your checks, so momentum is never something you have to calculate.

Progression

XP, levels & rank-up moments

Every check-in banks XP toward a level. Cross a threshold and a full-screen rank-up moment marks it — Novice through Consistent and beyond.

Consistency heatmap

30 squares, tap to annotate

A GitHub-style heatmap across your whole timeline. Tap any day to attach a note — what happened, what you'd change.

Analytics

Weekly velocity & category split

A week-over-week completion trend plus a live donut of where your effort is actually going — not where you meant it to go.

Data ownership

Backup, restore, reset

One-click backup and restore keep your run portable between browser and desktop. Reset wipes clean when you want a fresh 30 days.

Control bar

Five buttons most trackers forget to build.

The header row isn't decoration — every button opens a real system. This is what's running behind it.

📚
Preset library

Five ready-built programs

Skip the blank-page problem. Load a full habit set in one click:

  • Original 8-Habit Routine
  • 75 Hard Protocol
  • Monk Mode Discipline
  • High-Performance Student
  • Lean Muscle & Fat Loss
Reminders & audio

Nudges, not notifications spam

Set a daily reminder so check-ins don't slip your mind, and toggle audio cues on or off for a satisfying confirmation sound on every habit you log.

🗂️
Share progress

Export a snapshot in one click

Generate a shareable progress card — streak, XP and level — straight from your dashboard when you want an accountability partner to see it.

💬
Daily motivation

A quote, credited, every session

Each session opens with a short line to set the tone — attributed, not generic filler — sitting right above your habit list.

↔️
Flexible timeline

Adjust the run without losing data

Nudge your challenge length by a single day or a full week with +1D / +7D / −1D controls, or set it outright from the 30-day selector.

👤
Operator identity

Your name, your goal, pinned up top

Set an operator name and a named goal once — it stays visible in the header for the entire run, so the challenge always has your name on it.

Module 02 · Progression

Rank-ups that actually feel earned.

XP accrues from real check-ins, not participation. When you cross a level threshold, ApexHabit interrupts you with a rank-up screen — a small, deliberate moment that most habit trackers skip entirely.

  • Level curve tied to total checks, not calendar days
  • Rank titles from Novice through Consistent and up
  • Full 30/60/90-day achievement badges as you hit them

Module 03 · Analytics

The curve tells you what your memory won't.

A 30-day daily-completion line and a per-habit grid, side by side. It's the difference between "I think I slipped around week two" and seeing exactly which habit fell off, and when.

  • Per-habit completion rate, sorted by category
  • Daily curve across the full 30-day window
  • Category breakdown so effort-shift is visible, not felt
30-day daily curve chart, category breakdown donut, and a detailed per-habit completion grid across 30 days
Day 0 → Day 16

Same operator. Sixteen days apart.

This isn't a mockup swap — it's the same dashboard, two points on one 30-day run.

Day 0 · Fresh boot Dashboard on day zero: 0 percent progress, 0 XP, no streak yet, all habits unchecked
Day 16 · In progress Dashboard on day sixteen: 21 percent progress, 1275 XP at Consistent Level 3, a 16-day streak and three achievement badges earned

Questions, answered plainly

What exactly do I get after buying?

Two files: the web version (a single app you open directly in your browser) and the desktop .exe build for Windows. Both track the same habit data locally and use the same backup file, so you can move between them freely.

Do I need the internet to use it?

No. Once downloaded, both the web file and the desktop app run entirely offline — nothing is sent to a server, and no account is required.

Will my data carry over if I switch devices?

Yes — use the built-in Backup button to export your progress, then Restore it on the other install. Your streaks, XP, and history come with you.

Is this a subscription?

No. $15 is a one-time purchase for both the web and desktop versions — no recurring billing.

Can I customize the habits and timeline?

Yes. Add unlimited custom habits under any category, load a preset to start faster, and adjust the challenge length in single-day or full-week increments.

Ready when you are

Your next 30 days start with one check-in.

Not a planner. Not a spreadsheet. An operating system for the version of you that finishes what it starts.
